Rehydration Guide

01

Pepare Your Bottle

Start with a clean bottle and purified warm water. For best results, add the desired amount of water to the bottle first before adding your breastmilk powder.

02

Measure & Add Powder

Using the rehydration guide provided with your order, measure the appropriate amount of breastmilk powder and add it to the bottle.

For the most accurate rehydration, we highly recommend measuring powder in grams whenever possible.

03

Mix Gently & Feed

Secure the bottle lid and shake or swirl gently until the powder is fully incorporated. Some natural milk fats may take slightly longer to blend (up to 5 minutes). Once rehydrated, prepared milk should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Discard any remaining milk after feeding.
